Gloria Ebey is a Colombian immigrant who discovered her true home and God-given purpose in Central Florida. Married to her husband, she cherishes her beautiful blended family—including her son and stepchildren —as one of her greatest blessings. Driven by unwavering faith, Gloria has overcome significant challenges to build a fulfilling, successful life. With extensive experience in hospice and healthcare, she serves as a Senior Care Advocate and Community Educator  where she compassionately transforms life experiences and supports families through dificult times. Since deepening her commitment to Christ in 2012, Gloria's faith has been the unwavering cornerstone of her life and ministry. She has participated in multiple missionary trips, sharing the Gospel and offering aid across Latin America and through local Florida outreach. These journeys inspired her to found Feed and Fortify Community Organization, which supports homeless families with essential resources and hope, and to serve as a Founding Board Member of the DYB Foundation, dedicated to empowering cancer survivors.

Gloria's servant leadership shines through her roles on multiple boards of directors, including the Lady Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Leesburg Area Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Metro Orlando, and HABPWA (Hispanic American Business Professional Women Association). As a passionate entrepreneurship champion across Central Florida's chambers of commerce, she advocates for community growth, business excellence, and inclusive opportunity.

As co-founder of Intentional Driven Women (IDW)—a faith-based organization —Gloria joined Jena to creates vibrant spaces for women to align their ambitions with God's design, building sisterhood, holistic wellness (mind, body, spirit), and purposeful Kingdom impact.

Her tireless contributions have earned prestigious recognitions, including:

Currently pursuing education in Human Flourishing through the American Association of Christian Coaches, Gloria continues to grow in her calling. Through it all, she embodies Proverbs 31:25—"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come"—inspiring women everywhere to live intentionally, serve boldly, and glorify God in every season.
