Our Story

The IDW Story: Purpose, Passion, and Professional Growth

Intentional Driven Women (IDW) was born from Jena & Gloria; a simple yet powerful idea: to cultivate a safe, supportive environment where professional women could truly thrive—not just in their careers, but in every dimension of their lives. We recognized the need for a space where networking could evolve into meaningful, lifelong relationships, and where personal and spiritual growth were celebrated alongside professional achievements.

From Vision to Vibrant Community

Our journey began as a heartfelt celebration of International Women's Day on March 8th, 2022. That first gathering wasn't just a meeting; it was a profound moment of connection that ignited a movement. The energy and shared purpose confirmed what we believed: women are yearning for a network that uplifts, inspires, and challenges them to reach their highest potential.

Since that inaugural event, the IDW movement has flourished far beyond our initial expectations. We have proudly hosted over 80 impactful events, ranging from intimate skill-building workshops to large, inspiring luncheons.

Our Growing Footprint

The demand for authentic connection has fueled rapid expansion. We have successfully launched four dynamic chapters across Central Florida, extending our reach and support into Marion, Sumter, and Lake counties. This growth reflects the deep commitment of our members to showing up, leaning in, and investing in one another.
