Terri Snow is the owner of We Are Bookkeepers, a professional bookkeeping firm supporting small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals with reliable financial management and reporting. She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the IDW Foundation and as Chair of the IDW The Villages Chapter.

Melody Haines
Melody pours her heart into building real connections at Trinity Springs Senior Living—where faith, care, and community come first. As our business development lead, she partners with hospitals, discharge planners, and local folks to make sure every resident feels welcomed, seen, and loved from day one. With seventeen years in long-term care, she crafts thoughtful outreach that lifts up our assisted living and memory support, always pointing back to the peace and purpose we offer.
Trinity Springs isn’t just a place—it’s home, rooted in God’s love and trust. Melody helps families and partners see that, one conversation at a time.
When she’s not here, you’ll find her laughing with her kids, out on the boat, or soaking up sun on the beach—then right back at church, serving and smiling like it’s second nature. She’s lived that faith for years, and it shows.
